amberstarr Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 So today around 8:30 am, my uncle had been driving to work. He has been sick a lot lately and passed out while driving. His sugar dropped extremely low. His foot fell on the gas increasing his speed. He hit, head on, another truck. The car was completely totaled. He was rushed into an ambulance and brought to Constitution Field, the field next to my school. There he was put into a life star helicopter and flown to the Rhode Island State Hospital. He had a CT scan that revealed he had broken his femur, tibia, sternum. His left leg is immobile and will be on crutches for 6-10 weeks.
