mattdg_QC Posted April 13, 2014 Posted April 13, 2014 (edited) the canadien play this last game of the season saturday night vs new york rangers....this is the most bored game of the years...after 3 period the score was 0-0 and two team not play the best hockey....no emotion...no intensity..no spectacular play ...nothing ,just a bored game....but the end is amazing...in overtime brian gionta go in break away and this ancient teammate raphael diaz make tripping him before he can make a play and the referee call a penality shoot...gionta score on this penality shoot at 2:04 in overtime for the win... shoot ny rangers:41 montreal :27 two teams are 0/3 on a power play the first star of this game is againt CAREY PRICE....he make 41 saves ...not all the big shoot but 41 saves and the canadien would concentrate to give less shoot because at this five last match carey recive more than 35 shoot at each games...CAREY PRICE FOR PRESIDENT i was worry because the defense of montreal give too many shoot and the playoff begin soon.. special mention to cam talbot ,the goalie of ny for this 26 saves ...before this game ,i never heard abount him...he goal a solid game then the lose READY FOR THE BEST HOCKEY OF THE YEARS ::::::::::::::::THE PLAYOFF Edited April 13, 2014 by mattdg_QC 1 Quote

Second goalie in team has only 89 save percent and only 8 win in 23 game when Bishop stats was amazing 37 win in 63 game and great 924 save percent and 2.23 goal agaist. Anze Kopitar (LAK) Reason: Was team best point man for 20 point difference. One of NHL best two way players. Was very important on his team. Take team on his shoulders and cary over hard times. Most of player has they own hot streak and cold streak, but Sidney was most constant player in this season. Playoff matcup and my guess of winners!! Boston - Detroit I think Boston will win this serie. Yes detroit has very good history in playoffs. They have so much injuries at the moment and because Boston has best goalie. Boston has better offencive and defencive as well so i think Boston win 4 - 2 Tampa Bay - Montreal I think Monreal will win this serie. Because Tampa Lost they MVP on season and Lindback was playin awful season. Yes couple last game he was playing little bit better and its new chance to him to take back second goalie spot! Monreal has better goalie in this match and that will take them win. Tampa has better offencive and defencive but Montreal win 4 - 2 Pittsburgh - Columbus I think Pittsburgh win this serie! I see that in this serie we have pontential to get small suprise if Columbus win. Columbus has a lot better goalie, but Pittsburgh have better defencive group even that they have still a lot injuries there. Pittsburgh have a lot better offencive pontential too. Columbus has maybe worst Offencive group on those who made in playoffs. But if Fleury continue his awful games in playoff can Columbus win this serie! And i think its is possible that Fleury fail somepoint in this playoffs. I see that Fleury is highly overrate goalie! If we see Bobrovsky in his best its go to game seven! Pittsburgh win in 4 - 3 New York R - Philadelphia Philadelphia win this serie! Okey im old Flyers fan back of when Niittymäki play there and watch always Flyears after my teams drop out of playoffs. New York has better goalie but i think that Philadelphia has better defencive group and offencive group and thats decide that Flyers beat Rangers in this serie. Martin St. Louis can be player who can turn this serie for Rangers. I think this will be most even serie in east conference. Because Rangers has good defencive group aswell. I secretly hope that i can see Flyers in final because my big Idol Timonen playing in Flyers defence group and he is without Stanley! Flyers win this in 4 - 3 EDIT: i find time to send Western conference matchup too!! Colorado - Minnesota I think Minnesota win this serie! Im wild fan as you all know and if you are fan you must always believe you team so its one of my reasons. We have good history too against Colorado. Minnesota and Colorado has goalies, who in my view are not big game goalies. Bryz in his history lost a lot big games and play awful in big games. Same as Varlamov has lost a lot big games and not much playoff experience. Wild lost Harding, Bäckström and Kuemper in goal so Bryz is our fourth goalie and he is our starter in playoffs so i say that Colorado has better goalie. I think Wild has better defencive group and in Offencive i say its tie. Colorado has more big stars in offencive than Wild but i see that even that we have fewer big stars they can be little bit bigger stars than Colorado big stars. So offencive is tie for that reason. In serie we can see a lot goal or fewest goal in first round series. Wild win 4 - 3 St. Louis - Chicago © I think St. Louis win this serie! I think Chicago has better Goalie and better offencive than St. Louis, Chicago has best defence man in serie too (Duncan Keith) but St. Louis has great defence group and style! This serie winner was hardest to guess but i think St. Louis has more "want to win motivation" to win this because they have not win Cup yet! Toews and Kane is back in first game so Chicago offencive will be dangerous! So i in my biggest argument is that St. Louis just make suprise and beat Chicago. Every year we see that someone make suprise and beat favorite and i think in this serie that can happen! Sorry Thundercats! St. Louis win in 4 - 3 Anaheim - Dallas I think Dallas win win this serie! I think Anaheim coach Boudreau give too much game time in his forward Getzlaf and Perry in regular season (over 25 min per game) that they are just too tired. Plus Lehtone in Dallas goal played amazingly good agaist Ducks in this season. Dallas has better Goalie, but Anaheim has better defencive group and i see that offencive is better in anaheim but Dallas can be very good in offencive side too! I see too that Boudreau make too much mistakes and not respect his veterans players in regular season and if Anaheim get hard starts coatch will lost players trust very fast because so disrespectful actions in regular season through to veterans. Dallas win 4 - 2 San Jose - Los Angels I think Los Angelels win this serie! Los Angeles has better goalie they has better defencive group as well but i see that San Jose has better Offencive group! I see that Kings good defencive and goalie game will carry they in win. But if San Jose get hot streak in on, they can beat Los Angeles. If serie come to high goal games then San Jose is better but if game will be come low goal games Los Angeles will win because Quick in goal is very good in big games and he has good season in regular season!
