Last monday i got my closed beta key for testing the elder scrolls online and i was wondering if anyone else got one too. Raider- Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 I did about 20 hours of beta testing and ended up preordering. I basically leveled 3 different chars to 10 to get a feel and enjoyed all 3. Dark elf - dual wield templar. My fav so far. Fast dps and good survival Breton sorceror - i liked the way the spells worked but didn't get far enough for the good ones. Wood elf archer with the stealth class. I saw that i wouldnt have the time to get the good spells to utilize bow so i only put 2 hours in but i did like the aim system to where if the enemy highlighted red, you would land the shot. Overall i will end up playing the game live because of the smoothness and gameplay. I think there is a large amount of areas they will improve on but the game is more solid than when i tested wow. It blows tor out of the water so i dont think it will fail like tor did. It may just be the only game to contend with wows market share. I think tor only got up to 2 mil user subs at peak near launch but dropped to like 400k in 2 months and took only 2 percent of wows share. The ebon pact was the best starting area too Quote
Speedy* Posted February 13, 2014 Author Posted February 13, 2014 damn, i haven't done a character in the ebonheart pact, so now you say it had the best starting area i regret i haven't made a character there I leveled my khajiit nightblade to level 10 and i quite enjoyed it. besides that i made a lvl 4 breton sorcerer. i thought Stros M'Kai was a realy cool island, but then i went to Bethnikh and was very dissapointed by the size of the island. I love to explore and find cool stuff in chests and find new crafting materials Anyway, i'm still not sure if i would buy it AND pay a subscription because of a lack of time and i would rather spend that money on my vacation this summer.
