Micro Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 Hello guys! I have little problem. Today, while playing i got score 13/10 on one map (sorry i dont remeber the name). Then i was on the roll of honour for accuracy and best field ops. While loading another map (aldernest) i had little bit laggy pc, so i connected little bit later than other players. I took shotgun, fieldops, and went to fight. Saw allied - shoot - i dont even know if i killed him, suddenly map ended, allied won. But my score was 13/10 (wtf?). Then my friend Jeff started Micro you are cheater, hacker&stuff, i really dont like it. This is the way i lost my reputation, maybe... Also on the roll of honour at aldernest i had Highest Fragger (dont know how, i really played for max 1 minute). Now, on special delivery i gained cool score (not sure but about 26/12 - cool for me, maybe not for skilled guys) and jeff (he was laughting at my score and telling me to aim etc... had score like 23/24) Immediately he started to write in main chat iam cheater, hacker & stuff. But that is not true. I killed everyone right way, with my shotgun, it was easy to shoot them into heads in the small rooms... So tell me, what do you thing, how should i improve my reputation, or how is this even possible to happen? Thank you guys for answers! ***|Micro Quote
Owned Posted January 4, 2014 Posted January 4, 2014 i think you should just ignore the hackusations and continue playing, and for the shotgun kills thing, it might have been a bug, or maybe a glitch. as far as i know the shotgun on NQ gives you about 8 times the kills you got, this might also be the case for jaymod, not sure though. CheepHeep Posted January 5, 2014 Posted January 5, 2014 From my experience, players that call you a hacker and genuinely mean it and express it often are just jealous of your skill and therefore when they call you a hacker, you should take it as a compliment and say 'thank you'. That would most definitely shell them up and quite possibly prevent them from continuing in the future. Quote
Clan Friend SunLight Posted January 5, 2014 Clan Friend Posted January 5, 2014 first of all, ignore all hackers accusations if you are not a hacker (especially when they come from clueless beginners or nubs who playerd 100 years, and still don't know how the game they played so much works, and which bugs are possible and which are not) just ignore them, because when you talk with stupid people it's impossible to convince them (because they don't - or refuse to - understand you) and it's a waste of time from your description I think it's an old bug with people who don't connect quickly enough, and then they get 'fake' scores in the next round, I have seen it several times Maybe raising the value of com_hunkmegs could make you load maps faster, I don't know because I never had this problem myself. how much ram do you have? 2 Quote

Tkank you for responses! what's the value for com_hunkmegfs you have? open the console (the key should be ~ or anyway the one under 'esc') and type /com_hunkmegs you could try to raise it in your config Quote
