Look up how to emulate windows in mac, then just install your copy of the new COD to that, the downside is the emulation would take up a lot of RAM, so you need a pretty beefy computer to handle that and a game at the same time. Honestly, all the cod games after mw2 are pretty dissappointing, so I wouldn't even try.

if you don't want to download anything on the internet for it to run you could use mac bootcamp witch is on every mac by default. if you buy a cd copy of windows you can use it via bootcamp by committing an amount of your computers memory to windows. then you can run windows applications, including mw3 on your mac, so long as it doesn't take up more of your computers memory than you committed. your computer shouldn't experience any sidefects other than losing some of its memory space, but a copy of windows will cost you around 150 bucks.
