Leader RedBaird Posted October 1, 2013 Leader Share Posted October 1, 2013 I full re-booted this laptop this afternoon and,Xfire downloaded an update and,and my browser unexpectedly opened and a "Secret World" site popped up and demanded that I "enter your date of birth" The title and the age-entry boxes were all that showed and no explanation was given. I eventually tried to open an xfire suppor ticket to complain, but I have version 1.5 xfire and their support system no longer supports version 1. The page offers to download version 2. I had never heard of the Secret World game site and the demand for my age really had me thinking that this was some sort of un-subtle malware and/or advertising for an xxx-site.
