I know somewhere in this large world I heard about mini blocks. Anyone know about them?

I know there is a mini block mod, but have never used it, but I did see a video about it...

Oh, snap, that's rad! I just wish my pc would better handle mods........every time I try to put one in, I end up with browser wars, glitches , crashes, and pc slow-downs....I'll figure it out eventually
