This spawner used to give experience for mcmmo skills, but now it doesn't. Was this a problem? If so, does that mean that it wouldn't be okay to make your own spawner? And only Joe can spawn spawners? This spawner never gave any skills before ,and it is a spawner strictly for xp to use for enchanting. Also i doubt that any spawner will give you skills, i dont know why this is happening but it is . If u will build your own spawner above groung like the one i have in my home , it wont spawn mobs that's why i build one with mob spawners inside for "public" use.
