Minecraft Server Spawners

So as we all know, the main Minecraft server has a spawner warp.  This spawner used to give experience for mcmmo skills, but now it doesn't.  Was this a problem?

If so, does that mean that it wouldn't be okay to make your own spawner?

I'm just wondering because someone had permission from Joe to make a spawner and that means that they can farm easy skills.

So the spawner that Baska built is not giving xp anymore? And if this is true then the other spawners shouldn't be either.

 

And only Joe can spawn spawners?

Yeah, I think only joe is able to spawn in spawners, as they require the give command.

This spawner never gave any skills before ,and it is a spawner strictly for xp to use for enchanting.

Also i doubt that any spawner will give you skills, i dont know why this is happening but it is .

If u will build your own spawner above groung like the one i have in my home , it wont spawn mobs  that's why i build one with mob spawners inside for "public" use.

And yes Joe is the only one who can spawn mob spawner
