and im looking for plan ... i want to build a 4 feet by 8 (inside) trailer and not too heavy duty, single axle weight around 400 pounds

Building a trailer is fairly simple. You will need number one to make sure framing is square. I have been around trailers all my life(i own a trailer dealership). Good luck with your project and if any questions,,feel free to hit me up. TaMan76 on xfire or just leave a post.

Are you talking like trailer you can live in?

 

I doubt it. He is most likely talking about a small trailer like the ones that landscapers hook up to their trucks to put their equipment such as lawn mowers, weed wackers, etc.
