A. Pirate Posted May 7, 2013 Share Posted May 7, 2013 Someone in last stand or badly injured will die from the flash of a flashbang or stun grenade. This is the icon that shows up when that happens. Guardian Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 There are two ways you can die by flashes / stuns. Direct impact -> same icon as tube direct impact Explosion -> as seen in the picture above.
