Quick question: what I need to keep, except my. cfg? I make a quick reinstallation of the system  :cry

yes, but I have a virus somewhere so I want to keep only most important files (. cfg and my xp), and giving them a good scan :)

Viruses will not attach to game files.  You are okay.  If you want, run antivirus on game directory.

I've got to agree with Smoke, a virus wouldn't attach itself to game files and it's highly doubtful it'd even use ET's game directory.

Viruses are designed to work on as many computers as possible. The virus creator would have no need to use ET's game directory, or any of it's files, if it can simply attach, or use, something a lot more popular like Windows' system directory (Normally C:\Windows).

ok thx, i take cfg and etkey,scanned the folder and the kind is ok, but everytime when i turn on, the game switches to a different resolution, server is lost, I can not find, and I have many other problems with this computer (an old piece of junk) :) so one more thx and cya on Silet 1 ;)

What do you mean with "server is lost"? You are disconnected?
