here is where you rent servers with pricing my old et clan also ran trackmainia servers never very busy tho

http://trackmaniaserver.org/special note at bottem of page you can rent server free for 2 hours to check it out

I dont think dare wants to rent he asked about it coz our server machine has some extra space for some server to run our self
