This ice-pole-sitting contest could be right up your alley. Contestants perched atop 8-foot-tall blocks of ice try to outlast each other during the 48-hour competition held annually in Vilhelmina, Sweden. Storm Nemo survivors might think they're primed for the challenge, but this year's contestants weathered temps as cold as -18 degrees, only coming down for 10-minute bathroom breaks once every other hour. Six winners made it through and will split the $3,100 in prize money — an amount that hardly makes it sound worth the boredom.
