Here, try this out (tutorial by Medic): http://fearless-assassins.com/topic/2966-tutorial-how-to-update-punkbuster/ One thing on that tutorial, instead of selecting Call of Duty, Select Wolfenstein Enemy Territory and follow the rest of the tutorial.
