Ever been to Brooklyn or LA downtown? Black people themselves often use it. This. If it's a 'white' person saying 'nigger/black' to an afroamerican person, it's considered an insult. If it's an afroamerican saying it to another afroamerican, it's ok. Yeah, we don't know who is behind the screen, hence it's allowed here and there. Since DD already stated everything, topic closed.
