Time to take a difficult decision, buying a new computer, just not done before, because it was my fault for having burned the old processor, put upside down and sunk the cable sata hd wrong.

But I still believe the problem is because of some wrong setting, the windows experience index, processor is with a score of 2.1, ram 4.1, HD 5.5, gaming graphics 6.7. Bios is with the latest update, drivers are the latest version, created a new partition and installed windows xp, and I have the same problems, slow computer!

If anyone is interested or knows how to solve this, tell me log(everest, advance system care, cpuz, cpuid) you need, I will share it here.

Can you post the (main)screens of CPU-z where in idle and under (5~10 minutes of) load? And I'm quite interested in the temperature during that load.

The other option is that something is wrong with the configuration in the BIOS, but that can be observed from the main screens of CPU-z.

Temperatures are good, memory is sufficient and well configured, CPU-z displays indeed the full 2.7GHz. I think you can try to reset the bios to everything default, but I doubt that'll make a difference. The only 'weird' thing is that the VCORE is higher than expected. But usually that only a more stable CPU until it overheats. Try setting that to 1.35, that should be sufficient, although it should now be working perfectly as well.

Honestly, I have no clue what can be wrong. The X2 isn't for current definitions a high-end CPU, but it should work fluent in pretty much all applications not demanding too much from your CPU.

Thx.

Look at sig from cpu-z, is normal show onboard video card, if i have installed off-board?

I would recommend PCtools Registry Mechanic. ($29.99) or something very much like it (?) Computer looks like it should run fine. Asus shows a different built in card than what it shows here, onboard card NVIDIA® GeForce™ 7025/nForce™ 630a.

The other thing I saw was that the MB is for XP and Vista not sure if Vista compatibility is Win 7 ready

Edit: How much free space do you have on your C:/ hard drive?

It shows the chipset, which is an Nvidia, but in the spoiler-stuff it shows perfectly that you have one GPU and that is the 9600GT.

The problem also occurs on WinXP. Also, it's a quite recent pc (>P3), so its quite valid to assume that Win7 will run good on it. Usually even better, since it doesn't require all drivers to be installed.
