Which is better? Stopping Power or Double Tap?

Niether! I am all about stealth (UAV Jammer, Dead Silence, and silencers on weapons.) Don't use bomb squad because I see them without it. Still manage to caress the C4 and claymores though. :P

If I'm not going to use UAV jammer or Sleight of Hand (I LOVE that perk) I'll use stopping power. Less recoil = better accuracy, and I virtually never hip fire.

I like stopping power more. It saves more ammo for me
