What to do when you spot a hacker or cheater.

You know the other day, I think it was mid morning Saturday, we were all playing the Vacant Map as normal and a guy comes in and starts head shooting people left and right. Within minutes he had twenty some odd kills and two deaths. There was not an FA member in at the time. I knew something was up when I jumped around a corner and with one shot he killed me, LA Kings, and one other with a head shot on all three of us. Then someone said to him in chat, "nice skills, that's the third head shot you made on me through a wall." This person then asked that we drop out of the game until the guy making all the head shots leaves or and Admin comes in to address. I had already done this because the game went sour for me when as soon as I'd spawn I'd get head shot or if I took 10 steps I was head shot so I just stepped out and obsurved. Someone stated they contacted an Admin and they were on the way. Some others were calling him out about this and he even apologized and said I will leave as soon as I finish my task or something like that. After 6 or 7 of us left he left too and then we finished the game. This is the first time I knew without a doubt someone was cheating. Of course in situations like this I never say anything, I just leave as it is not my place to admin. That's the bad thing about cheaters like that, they will drive people out of the server. If you as an Admin can Kick only, then kick them as much as it takes to send the message. I know when I had a server just kicking someone was usually enough to bring them in line or it discouraged them from coming in and ruining the game for all.

Pretty much just find a higher rank than you on xfire and invite them to the game to take care of the hacker. (make sure to use your warn ability when you have it)

If you could only warn, it would b a headache to just kick using 3 warnings constantly.

Ok so I have been trying to view demos that people have been posting, but I can't seem to get it to work. I got it to work once last night for a practice demo I had taken, but every time I get the error message that you can see in the attached thumbnail. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?

Well I cannot attach a word document of which I have posted the screen shot onto. It says "Error: You have not chosen a profile yet."

 

Then I choose a profile, minimize COD4, and try to pull up the demo again through CODplayer and it doesn't do anything.

I close COD4 prior to using the demo viewer for each demo, the viewer opens a mod which may be why it doesn't work if you just minimize the game.
