By the way do you work for the US army knowing that much, or am I the one being weird not knowing it? (Or was it just google?) Lol, he's only quoting over-the-counter prices. All I googled was prices, I knew the rest. The govt buys in bulk, they have to, so like the normal market, they buy in large bulk, but get in deep discount.
