If it were me, I would've just stuck my hand in and pulled it out, giving my hands an extra hard scrub afterwards. Thankfully I'm not squeamish - I've had to do a lot worse in previous jobs.

Thats funny hahaha yeah i prolly wouldve just dug it out with my hand as well...in anger of course. Depending on what was in it in the first place. Gotta watch for the splashback though.
