3, I'm black too. Would be funnier if it would have said "nigga", cause "nigger" is offensive if that make sense lol. Here's what I mean:

NIGGER- a black man with a slavery chain around his neck.

I am going to hazard a guess, that the little kid stole the bike, the big guys in the back ground look to nice to have done that.
