I thought this was a news story about some HUD display causing someone to die.. Shame..

 

Anyway, no I don't think so.. Depends on the jaymod version though, at one point there was such facility on the later release of jaymod which was unstable.. So I don't think we use it any more.. But maybe we do.. If you can do it, it'll be under esc > Jaymod > Display

If you are looking particularly of a single stats for kills and deaths, I guess none. But if you are looking for more stats that includes kills and deaths, try pressing ALT, which pops up a window showing your kills/death, weapon stats and more covering a portion of your ET screen, hth.

If you mean the K/D display like on NQ then I believe its only possible with enhmod.
