I figured that an insect would fall under earth science......so i posted this here.

 

Ok.., so i hope that you checked out the post of the giant trench shrimp. If you didnt then you need to -- its in food section. On that same train of thought I felt it was only proper to introduce you to the giant weta.

 

Its head is about the size of a grown mans thumb.

All those barbs and stings won't make it taste very nice..
