Clan Friend SunLight Posted February 5, 2012 Clan Friend Posted February 5, 2012 Cool, hmm I said I'm available but hopefully some fa member will play because if you guys are all americans then there would be some timezone problem (not to mention ping), I'm always glad to play especially if it's for fun, but I'm not an F|A member so I don't know if mercs are allowed some questions: skill? server? mod? I say mod, because if you are the same guy in tb forums I think you don't want to play etpro? So if it's jaymod, I need to have some class change script ready, I imagine having to switch class from limbo... lol And I hope if it's not etpro at least the config will be with standard spawntimes and not 12sec, and possibly no double jump Quote

Anyway I'm sure you will clear up the details when you post again etc. Ye I guessed because on tb forums he (or someone with the same nick from the same clan ) was searching for people to scrim on jaymod (or silent), personally I have nothing against it but jaymod is full of bugs, and of course tzac is better than pb even if recently you see plenty of screens with people having wh and stuff... especially all those with ultrahigh account numbers Let's wait and see what he will answer if he is still reading this thread Jaymod with a decent config (stopwatch, regular 20/30 spawntimes, ff on, no xp levels, no doublejump, no poison or sh*t weapons) could be still playable, even if some things are obviously bugged / different, like no fast knife gibbing, no panzer shot cancelling, riflenade bugs (on etpro you can have this when they revive you, but it's very very rare, on jaymod it happens often), and many other things I don't remember, let alone the fact that there is no server side config with cvar limits, etc. so all the settings like maxpackets fps, and whatnot are not limited in any way in other words it's a mod made for public servers Quote

We have an etpro server now, but that is old news... here is the new news. This invite is out for the =FA= clan, but if you are not an =FA= member, please PM me on my forums or catch me on xfire. Should have a good turnout. We are hosting a clan war tournament. If you are interested, it will be a 3v3 tournament between multiple clans. You can register 1-a billion teams. The more the merrier! The clan wars registration has already ended, but if you are a member of =F|A= for the next one, you can join up. Depending on feedback and how this tourney goes, we might be opening it up to a few more clans and stuff as well in the future. Quote
