Anonymous Proxy

Hi,

i know its probably not the best place " i mean in public forum " to ask for help ..

but anybody have an idea how to ban someone who have anonymous proxy ips ?

 

we've tried everything and they still come back with different guids , ip, iD ...

 

Please help if u have any ideas

Hardwareban, but thats as easy as using a proxy....
