Some finnish traditional food

These foods are from homecountry Finland. I hope you put your own homecountrys traditional foods and pics of them.

 

First is Mämmi rye pudding (I hate it but its still traditional)

second is ''leipäjuusto'' Finnish squeaky cheese

Rye pudding - does it have some of that brilliant ergot flavouring?

Squeaky cheese looks nice I think, wouldn't mind some of that on my dinner plate once in a while.

I like the dutch food. Just don't really like the sausage thing because it makes me feel sick after 1 bite

This is 'quiche lorraine' a speciality of my region

I rarely eat it, so I can't say exactly the composition, it looks like a salty cake and contains 'bacon' (I don't know if it's the good translatio to define the little piece of meat in the quiche)

btw that gordon ramsey get paid to be rude (never saw him positive about something), but yeah that pudding doesn't look tasty (what is in it ^^) but that Finnish squeaky cheese looks pretty good.
