sMirb Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 In China: 2 year old girl run over by 2 cars and nobody helps her in 7 minutes. Now she's in coma and won't most likely survive because people who definitely saw her didnt do shit... Sick people... Watch the vid: http://youtu.be/l2DbzHz_m-I Quote
Antichrist Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Parenting failure is #1. Does a 2 year old not require supervision??? And WTF @ the guy running her over and not stopping. Double WTF @ the second truck running her her and not stopping either.. Unbelievable. Quote

Panini*Hobbit@mp3 Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Absolutely sickening to watch that.. Where are the parents? What the f*** is with the 1st driver too with not seeing the kid? and what about not stopping after they hit her not for the 1st but the second time.. Those people who walked/drove by and didn't do anything don't deserve to live if that kid dies. Really sad thing to watch Quote
Joker Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 All the best for the girl, negligent people can be taken care of later when the girl is okay. Quote

JohnWayne Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Is this the kind of thing that happens when a country makes laws that favor males over females or is it the lack of humanity that comes from an overcrowded society. Regardless of the reason this is just plain sad. Quote
Master ViVi Posted October 20, 2011 Posted October 20, 2011 Is this the kind of thing that happens when a country makes laws that favor males over females or is it the lack of humanity that comes from an overcrowded society. Regardless of the reason this is just plain sad. It's the money. (And too many people) 2 quotes from another website: Whoever helps this poor girl would most likely become liable and responsible, and sadly it is also highly likely that the parents of the girl would pin the blame on her rescuer resulting in them having to pay for all the damages as well as any thing else they can milk out of a good Samaritan. Sadly but its not the only reason. The reason why the driver decided to double tap is because in China it's much cheaper to pay for a persons funeral than a persons medical needs and insurance. There's also the issue of victims looking for more money, black mailing, cout cases etc. So the most money saving course of action is to make sure they're dead. Quote

iSnipeCattle Posted October 21, 2011 Posted October 21, 2011 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bystander_effect Basically the more people that witness it the less people feel obligated to intervene. It's sad and disgusting... but a similar thing would probably happen here. Quote

There is only max 3 people on the scene at the same time so I don't see how the f*** they can expect someone else to help her when there isn't really anybody else around. Considering there was only 18 people witnessing it in 7 minutes I just don't think it's the right explanation, dunno if people were scared, shocked or what then, but that's just sick. Quote
