In China: 2 year old girl run over by 2 cars and nobody helps her in 7 minutes. Now she's in coma and won't most likely survive because people who definitely saw her didnt do shit... Sick people...

Absolutely sickening to watch that.. Where are the parents? What the f*** is with the 1st driver too with not seeing the kid? and what about not stopping after they hit her not for the 1st but the second time.. Those people who walked/drove by and didn't do anything don't deserve to live if that kid dies. Really sad thing to watch

Sadly but its not the only reason. The reason why the driver decided to double tap is because in China it's much cheaper to pay for a persons funeral than a persons medical needs and insurance. There's also the issue of victims looking for more money, black mailing, cout cases etc. So the most money saving course of action is to make sure they're dead.

Basically the more people that witness it the less people feel obligated to intervene.

Yes that is true, but I think it would definitely require more people on the scene to happen. There is only max 3 people on the scene at the same time so I don't see how the f*** they can expect someone else to help her when there isn't really anybody else around. Considering there was only 18 people witnessing it in 7 minutes I just don't think it's the right explanation, dunno if people were scared, shocked or what then, but that's just sick.
