I am teaching a class on Friday about different types of boils done along the east coast of the US. So as I am testing ideas and recipes for a low country boil a guy I work with who happens to be a chef who has worked everywhere says "you know I lived on St. Helena island where that comes from. That's not how my chef taught me to make a low country boil." Do it this way. I bit my tongue and listened and went back to my recipe. To this guy...I was born there and no chef can teach you a low country boil!!!

You know whats awesome? Half way decent grammar.

Since most people have no idea what the hell a "low country boil" or "frogmore stew" is. Perhaps a little background would be helpful.
