How to use vent in game

I have try'd to use vent in game and here are some binds i have try'd (ctrl,0) but they do not work if someone could please help me.

I just use "ctrl" for vent, try to run ventrilo as admin (right click and run as admin) that should solve it

same here i have a speech problem but if I get picked on I dont care I play here for fun and for fairness
