Never had those problems luckily. Last 'few' flights where in planes with <10% of their capacity :P

 

 

It happened to me more often in trains, in a similar way. But reclining is not possible, neither is kicking. Instead it's compensated with two mothers with no control of their kids :/

Manny years ago flying from Altanta to Buffalo I had just the opposit happen. The super hot chick was seated right next to me. Had a great flight and we made plans to see each other the next evening. What happened the next day, the Buffalo Blizzard of 1977 hit. So it really does not matter who you sit next to, your screwed anyway!!

Lol how true, although it happens to me in the cinema expect for the dog and the reclin is not that untolerateable.
