Hi

Got a little question

Ive removed my video card which was a GeForce

first i had this line in my CFG:

seta r_lastValidRenderer "GeForce 7300 GS/PCI/SSE2"

but now i removed my vidcard and ET cant open

"could not load openGL subsystem"

you know the problem probably

anyone has idea what i have to put instead of that geforce7300 ?? any standard setting?

EDIT: ive nothing put in retrun and also ive tried to just delete the command but that doesnt work

Try to just remove it, or set it to "", there is no default value for that setting.

Remove that line from etconfig and try to start et.

edit: oh sry didn't read your edit :)

could you post your console log?

what's your r_glDriver value?

install the latest video card driver and maybe directx

seta r_lastValidRenderer "GeForce 7300 GS/PCI/SSE2" = last valid video card (automatic entry)

for console log i mean the whole text inside the window when et fails, or if you have logging enabled a file called etconsole.log in your etmain folder could have some info

I don't understand. Are you trying to run off the same video card or did you upgrade or are you trying to run off of integrated chipset graphics?

I'd try reinstalling your videocard driver first thing for whatever videocard you are using.

If that does not work, then install another instance of ET on your PC with no config or anything then see if it opens. If it does, then you know its your config.

well i just put my vid card back in after some time, just works with the old cmd

ty anyway for helping hands!

@Tulsa: my intention was to play ET without geforece vid card (so just standard vidcard on motherboard)
