Sputnik Posted August 12 Author Posted August 12 tomorrow I would like to finish the wiring install, carry out headlight AC to DC conversion, install an LED headlight kit, install the fuel system, new plug, new oil, new air filter, fit chain, rear subframe and all body plastics and seat, also need to source some new elec parts locally and need to remove front wheel and forks quickly too as I forgot the fit the dust caps to them today would be nice to test ride and deliver by end of working week 7 Quote

Sputnik Posted Thursday at 03:27 AM Author Posted Thursday at 03:27 AM and basically done. waiting on a new white splashguard and a set of pink pillion footpegs to arrive parts changed are: Frame Korea secondhand, Swingarm rear, spark plug, Fuel line, Fuel filter, Speedometer + cable, Handlebar switches/controls, Front turn signals, Side reflectors, Throttle cable, Steering neck bearings set, Front wheel bearings, Front and rear brake shoes, handgrips, rear wheel chain hub cush rubber, carb to airbox rubber boot, White splashguard, taillight assembly, Headlamp lens assembly, LED headlamp conversion kit, LED spots three way SPDT switch, Fuel tank cap, Fuel level sender, starter motor wiring harness, many bolts, nuts fasteners, primer, flat black and clearcoat spray paint and sandpaper/tape, front and rear axle spacers, Rear brake linkage, Wheel hub bearing seals, Paintshop for frame and pink panels,, fork seal dust caps, swingarm bolt and axles and probably some small stuff I won't remember until after I have made and issued the bill. . . probably 30h work, billing for 18 hours plus parts + premium as customer is a mate 1 1 Quote
