Unable to connect to beg1 - ET LEGACY [UPDATED]

Hello, I'm encountering a bug.
It’s likely a bug affecting other players too, given that the server is empty.
When I join a match on Beg1, ET: Legacy closes and I’m kicked back to Windows.
There are no issues with Beg2.
I tested with Wolfenstein and version 2.60b, and it works fine—I can join the match.
I tried using my son's account on another PC running ET: Legacy, and encountered the same problem mentioned above.

I've just reported this. I was able to join and play for 5 minutes. then I switched network and now I can't join anymore

Should be all set. While I was at it, we updated Beginners #1 with all the latest features on Jay #2. We will add those features on Jay1 as well.

i have etlegacy and beg1 works fine

DD said elsewhere a few hours ago that Jay#1 was also updated.  He wants us to observe carefully for any problems.
