As some of you already know, I used to be a merely active trial member a few years back.  At that time I was preparing a PhD and was hard to spend quality time in game or on forum. Always something else on m'y mind 😅. Today I'm back, something you could call nostalgia. I'm soon 33 and was introduced to ET around my 14th I guess by a beloved cousin (few years older), got my parents to wonder why I would play a war game lol, and it's not a good thing etc. But I played with this cousin or my brother would (we had to share the computer) for some sessions. Got hooked as was my brother. For some reasons never been that good but always enjoyed playing. My brother on the other side was quite good, played some etpro, member of a lil scrim team. Spent my time on EA and later TWC server. Old member of TWC panzerwar, saw the game being more and more deserted. One day I evoked this to my brother and he said that few communities still run that thing. That's how I got to know F|A although he was not a big fan (said you though he cheated :o).  Anyway, when I play, I like to play with you. Sometimes I get tense, sometimes I laugh a lot, other times I rq. But the thing is I go back. I'm in a stable situation now where I can enjoy the game several times a week (maybe 2 or 3 days a week). My signifiant other is not bothered. She says "Don't you wanna play a little RATATATATATATA ?" (mp40 sound i guess ?!).  So yes, happy to get on this forum, to maybe know better all those persons keeping the game i love alive ! 10 3 Quote
