What was your previous Forum profile name?  It might be possible to restore your membership, IF you can still log onto the registration email account.

If you are interested in joining =F|A= I suggest you to hang/spend some time around the servers and forum, get to know some admins so you can get some referrals for your application. Also feel free to participate in any topics of your interest on forum.
