What Causes ET To Crash When....

On an ETL server without a website, I get constant ET Crashes and it's only THAT server, in any mod.

This is the console entries. This has to be a server issue, not a client issue, I would think but no one else on the server has this issue that I know of

What do you mean by that?  You later say, "only THAT server in any mod".

Any more log entries aside from what you put here?

 

This kind of error is hard to examine without more information. I am thinking that maybe your ETL version doesn't match with the one that the server runs. It could also be related to corrupted pk3's for which you should run the pk3 cleaner but there are multiple scenarios possible.

 

I'm assuming that this server does have other people playing on it? If the server is empty and nobody seems to be able to connect it can also be related to the server configuration itself

Means that server doesn't have a website with a forum, and I can't find a Discord for them and by any mod meaning only ETL on THAT server crashes, no other mods on any other servers

I'll get it to crash and copy the entire console instead of the last few lines, but it just closes ET and leaves that little console box showing it crashed

It's Hirntot, it has a lot of other people and many I knew back in the ETPro days but no one else I can see has the problem. I also play TM ETL servers often with no problems, other than I think there's a lot of botters on there

 

EDIT: I just checked, it's running ETL 2.82.1, same version I have

Found the fix

gotta use the r_ignoreGLErrors 1 in autoexec.cfg and personal cfg
