FiveMagic
For the last week i could not play a game without losing tons of Fps, to fix it i used Gamebooster which turns off a bunch of background files and the problem disapeared. Scans from AVG free picked up nothing. I recently tried this Free Anti malware called (Malwarebytes - Antimailware) and it found 6 infected files and removed them and it fixed my Fps issue. For those who wish to try it click on the link below: http://download.cnet.com/3001-8022_4-10804572.html?spi=16e191f43d1288566446e2867d4c9713&part=dl-10804572

SkyeDarkhawk
Personally, I wouldn't link directly to the download without saying so first. Also, link to the main site Malwarebytes Homepage so people can read and research the site, program, and feedback themselves.
Papito
If you use it in safe mode and updated, it will work better, in fact i did a tutorial using this software to clean your pc.
Timberwolf
If you want a cleaned out computer. History, Cookies, Temp files, Meomory dumps, and a whole lot more clean for free no virses etc Try CCleaner.com Free to download and use and if you want a deluxe package ya it cost more ..but really if you use it only once you will see how much junk your computer has and thank me.. Another great Program is System onecare cleans junk files, Spyware removal, Reg fix, privacy sweep, and more all at the click of 1 button Both Programs i got off of Downloads.cnet Which they have over 1000 programs that have been tested for virses etc 80% are free programs or free to try I love these two programs and are most of the reasons why i have a good ping and connection
Unseen
Anything you do (virus removal etc) should always be done in safe mode. Malware Bytes is a great program, I use it everyday and I have found you will find a TON of things your regular antivirus will miss. CCleaner is great, I run it weekly on all my machines, it works great for those NOT comfortable with playing around in the registry as it picks up many errors and will correct them too. For advanced used you can also give "Combo Fix" a try, but this is only if you are comfortable with the registry and editing entries etc.. Also, I would advise against downloading off cnet.. They seem to have a lot of junk that does not get picked up. If possible stick to the companies main page.
