RetroLeaves
I hope the video has sound. My pc is about a year old, but it is rattling like crazy. I think it's the power supply. Any idea what I should do with this? nABhMVNp1qPwVnuY (1).mp4
Siwex89
clearly some wire got close to the fan 😁 1
LarrY
Open up the side panel, look for the fan making the noise , could be the back fan or cpu cooler fan or whatever.. then check if there's some cable bouncing loose around it. If it's not about a random cable then just replace the fan itself (4 screws and a connector pin) and look for a decent one on Amazon like thermalright, coolermaster or even better noctua and even more better look for the ones having rubber pads around the screws area Edited December 12, 2023 by LarrY
Lt Steiner
I agree with @Siwex89, sounds to me like a cable got into a fan, probably the CPU fan. 1
Tukkonen
If no visible any cable near the fan. could also be a ball bearing from a fan. 3
captnconcrete
sounds like a cable on a fan . but could also just be a fan wearing out. do what larry said.
