I took a quick screenshot and then 'pasted' the image into OneNote. It then allows you to 'right-click' and 'copy text from picture' to then 'paste' the text directly. Rereading the paragraph - it copied the text perfectly but had a small issue recognizing spacing and indentation. You would have to 'copy text from picture' in order for it to be searchable in the future (it cannot identify text within a picture). A potential solution is to keep the picture and copy/paste the text from the picture and save it side-by-side.
