should be able to do r_displayrefesh 0

Then vid_restart

com_maxfps 125 should do it. but your fps cant out do ur refresh rate keep that in mind its good to have fps set same as monitor refresh rate

v-sync is controlled in ET by r_swapinterval, with 0 for off and 1 for on. It is already set to 0 in your file ET-Extra.cfg so I do not think that is your problem. If your FPS is stuck at exactly 60, v-sync is your problem so make try entering \r_swapinteval 0 in the ET console and check that your graphics card setting has v-sync turned off.

If your FPS isn't locked at 60 but is just very low...

- You probably do want to change r_finish from 1 to 0 and r_displayRefresh from 75 to 0 unless you are on a 75hz monitor.

- I also see that r_primitives is not set in any of your config files. You may want to try setting r_primitives to 2 and see if that helps.

If none of that resolves the issue, please enter /gfxinfo in the ET console and post the output from console in this thread.

In the ET-xtra cfg there is 2 commands you need to change its an auto exe so changing it in game might not help

open the ET-extra cfg with wordpad and find this cvar

  seta r_finish                "1"

this needs to be set to 0

also there is another cvar there

   seta r_displayrefresh            "100"

this should be set to your monitors refresh rate  or removed
