It helps to heal or give ammo without go too close to your teammate, it avoid to block his movements, or worse become an easy target for the enemy. set g_throwDistance 400 Thanks! Quote

Wondering if there is some suggestion for gameplay that "people" will say "yes" -Enable FF - No -Lowering DJ in some maps or change it to g_doublejump 1 (not jaymod style) No -Rotation System - No xD And now topic I would say "yes"for increase throwdistance and its isn't so huge difference. In fact in the truth if someone launch an object he can throw it a bit far, not at his feets only :D Ant it is not so far as in jaymod1 which is another setting. Probably there has been settled a a more higher value. I understood that you like to see players group together so you get an advantage: kill em easily without efforts in their needs moment. Let me say it looks like an ego occasion for some heavy fraggers fanatics. Me instead, I prefer to see from the player perspective; who desire to help a teammate can help without the needs to catch him while he is running away (it happens quite often). I tested this value for 12 years, it worked great, and from over than thousand and thousand of players, no one has complained once. However I would like to know other's opinion. Quote

I played on Jay with that settings and i didn't like it. For me it's like throw and run for it if you want to heal yourself or you have to bend down what makes you easy to kill or you need to turn back against a wall or.....only minuses. I don't know where you get information from but we are already working on changing maps more auto. Rotation or map voting is not an issue. All players want is more frequent new maps and hence we working towards 120 maps rotation per month which would be recycled. You might be used to play on rotation servers but that doesn't mean we should also use same. Their should be some middle ground for everything. For some maps we even mentioned where rushing is issue and where maps cant be fixed, we can lower double jump to resolve it. I suggest you 'stop' reaching to 'conclusion' on your own. PS Also like you have an option, to suggest something, others have also option to say, no to the suggestion if they don't agree. This is what forum is for: Discuss and achieve best out come.
