I did find the source for that "dogs with big animal" pic, titled "Johor Man Shocked to Find Monitor Lizard So Huge It Looks Like Crocodile On His House Gate "

Google translates that "rumah cik ade penapis air tak...?" from the Malay to English as "Do you have a water filter?"  That must be some kind of local idiom, because I don't get the joke.
