ok i should reach 100k easy now, 5k from it but it now depends of connection, or a spoilsport wanting to limit 90k cap, or some other unforseen problem to cloud the way otherwise i may garantee it could be done tomorrow, however i hold no full garantee.

Do the servers keep track of 'overall' xp...even if the xp has been reset?

 

After xp reset your start with 0 XP.

 

On our XP save forever server their is no reset. :D Once you max out all level's you can keep those.
