I watched that on YT and when I stopped it to read the comments under it, the text seemed to be "flowing away" from me!  

 

I can remember when Fractals took too much computer-power for most people to try to generate.

 

Even now, the video author said of that the hour-and-eleven-minute video "This video has quite a large colour variety due to a new rendering technique that I trialled. It took well over a week to render "

 

I wonder how long it would take on a 1984 computer?  If it even had a color display.

Maybe owl-chit smells better than chicken-chit.  

 

This is why I always cringe when I see people with birds on their heads!   To paraphrase the "Honey Badger" motto, "Owl don't care!".

Lets say that every year the computer power doubled. This video was uploaded at 2017. There is 33 years between 1984 and 2017. And lets say it took 7 days for this video to be created with a 2017 machine. Then a 1984 machine would need 7*2^33 days, or about 60'129'542'144 days which is 164'738'471 years. 164 million years ago there was the Jurassic age (with 🦖)

Somehow, Vindstot's video led me to this one!  

 

I had no idea that some amateur rocketeers had accomplished this much.  A few commentors complained that their rockets did not achieve orbit!   

 

 

 

+ YouTube has become some kind of "six degrees of separation" relator-machine.!

At our capital there are a lot of birds, and a lot of times they fly over my head. Im always scared that an accident will happen. Once a group of bird at once was above us (a group of people were going to the metro) and a bird hit the guy next to me. I dont know if I was lucky to not get hit, or unlucky to have the chance for it 😛
