Entity count was reduced from 839 to 550 technically 472 from what radiant displays before compile

Also reworked the map shaders the skybox and script to meet the maps changes

Sorry I didn't get to save the final render for skybox , entities and script it crashed during render and lost the video

 

Zip includes fixed waypoints goals and gm 

 

no visual difference don't think you will notice any but this a test video

What's New in Version 2.0.0

Released

This update includes fixes for various things to many to list and mainly a fix for it to work on NQ properly

 

The zip file includes files for omni-bot ways and goals please besure to add omni-bot\et\user\egypt_v2.gm and stuckage to user folder to control bot to get them to enter temple

 

The most important changes are these

 

A gold crate drop point has been added for the gold crate and is clipped at Axis first spawn "NQ bug fix"

Axis and Allies have to fight over a capturable flag at the start until the boat has passed the 2nd barrier "NQ bug fix"

The generator was bugging the boat's death script is now fixed "NQ bug fix"

Allies spawn after the Gate is now changed from spawning in Gen tower to the Ruins and switched to River End when axis has escorted the boat through the top gate"NQ bug fix"

The main entrance now closes with a teleport portal was placed on the outside for players left outside after axis blows the inner barrier "NQ bug fix"

The gun can't be repaired until after the 2nd inner barrier is destroyed and Allies is reduced to one spawn at the Temple Side instead of directly over 2nd Barrier "player bug fix"

The cracked floor inside the temple is now clipped to stop rushing it is removed after the 2nd barrier is destroyed like the gun clip "NQ bug fix"

When the second barrier is blow and the Gun has fired axis can not get the gold and exit the building until they blow the door entrance to the crypt "player bug fix"

 

There are other bug fixes but mostly bot related bug fixes and or regular ET fixes not listed

 

map name has changed to egypt_v2.bsp but still displays as MLB_Egypt2 in map menu

 

Map start max time is 20 min at the start of the map

Map times have been changed to increase +5 mins on each entrance now setting the total map time to 50 mins all together

This is to offset the time due to the main entrance being blocked at the boat to allow axis time to exit properly if entrance was left open bots and players would be using it as a map exploit to either escort the ammo to end the map or gold to end the map that is the reason for the first spawn goldcrate clip on axis side

 

The wm_allied_respawntime increase has been removed from each barrier to balance the spawn times during game play 

The MLB_ secret bonus times is still available no changes to this part

 

Mins and Maxes after using all of the secret room functions

All other changes are to much to list today but you will see some visual changes to repair some bugs including a repairable bridge at start to fix way points

This map has been tested harshly 

If there is any problems with this map pm me this one was a bugger
