  1. Another plea for someone to drop CREEK from the map rotation. It's been too long. kthx
  2. Hey Dooker! Don't get too excited... I'm not a fan of Warhammer or 40k, but at least I know what they are. I too am into the tabletop games as well (just not GW). I started with Warmachine/Hordes (abt 2 years ago), but after about a year of many losses and the players in my area dropping off, I too looked for another game. I'm currently enjoying Malifaux (though players in my local area are also dropping off on that too - frustrating). I'm also learning the star wars game called X-wing - there seems to be a LOT of interest in this game with a bunch of people in the area now. I've only played about 10 games of x-wing now, and I'm liking it a lot. I mostly like that a typical game of 100pts can be played in an hour or less. Have you tried any of these other games? It's not that I'm against GW per say, but I've just heard so many negative things about the company, and the cost to start in a GW game is really high (compared to these other games).
  3. Had a good run today from the roof. 61-6
  4. I wondered if there was a medical correlation here... yes... It's a symbol used for pharmacies. "The bowl with a snake coiled around it is called the bowl of Hygeia with the serpent of Epidaurus, and is a variant on the above. Hygeia was Aesculapius’s daughter and a Greek Goddess of health. Her symbol was a serpent drinking from a bowl. The vessel is usually depicted with a long stem and a shallow, wide bowl as seen here. It also is considered suitable for pharmacy. The bowl of Hygeia with serpent of Epidaurus shown here is the symbol for Hungarian pharmacists." - source: google: http://www.rpharms.com/museum-pdfs/13-pharmaceutical-symbols.pdf
  5. I think I found Dracula's Tomb! Looks like a landscape painting...
  6. Question now is... what is it?! Looks like a snake drinking from a wine glass.
  7. Just an observational post... This fall it will be 7 years since COD4 was released. I'm impressed that a game like this can have lasting play (especially in the fast paced world of video games). I can't recall when exactly I started playing any of the COD games on my mac, but I know it's been years. 2008 was when it was released for the Mac, and I'm pretty sure that's approx. when I started playing. How about the rest of you? How long have you been playing COD4? Are there any other computer games that you have been playing this long? Also (shameless plug), what gives this game long life in multiplayer, are the people you play with and against - Thanks to FA for providing that opportunity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Call_of_Duty_4:_Modern_Warfare PS> WHY, after playing for so long am I not as good as Vyder!?
  8. Late to the thread here... Sorry to hear all that's been goin' on TC. Continued well wishes as you recover.

  10. weapon + Silencer. 3x nades UAV Jammer deep impact Only one I usually change is for LMG - quick load.
  11. Glad you decided to hang around Gen. Always good to see you in game.
  12. Yep, I wouldn't mind duplicates month to month. Perhaps the ones that are most liked should stay for duplicates, then rotate in the lesser fav's on a monthly basis.
