If so, just to let you know - Our clocks Spring forward, and fall back just the same as the rest of the world! (Only we call it the season Autum and not fall!) So the I lost an hours sleep on Sunday like the rest of ya! But will look forward to the possibility of gaining an extra hour in the pub come October time

afaik gmt and utc don't change,
so for example what was gmt+1 becomes gmt+2 with day savings time (and ofc 'gmt+0' becomes +1 as in your case), but gmt itself as a reference time stays the same
