Server Issue Decay B5 issue with bots

So, once again I found a strange thing in Decay B5, when I was playing on Silent1. Bots didn't take any actions, just stood in spawns and turned around. I wonder what this is about as I've earlier played with bots on Decay B5 and they've played just fine. SS attached, even though they do not help much in this case :P  :DDD
