My notebook is an Asus ROG G741JM-T4056H:

And no, i'm not using ethernet connexion right now :( (which explains why some moments i lag like a wh*re :/)
 
ps: yep this one is "getting old" when you consider this baby bought one year and a half ago.

For et it is fine :), not possible to get a wired cable where you game? 

Man, do you really think that as a gamer, i wouldn't do it if i could? I would be hard to pierce through walls and so on to install more than 30 meters  or cables... It's my parents home, not mine... If it was my flat, fack yeah i'd done it for sure :)

 

 and yep i have no problem to run Enemy territory, nor skyrim, nor The witcher (1, 2 and 3) in high spec. (nop i shall not list all my games on my laptop, no worries :) )

Later if ya want i could give a try to record a demo of one of the games that i own.

 

Finally, it can heat quickly, but i don't recall seeing it at more than 70 °C
