Well all this time i have been playing with my 10 year old pc lol , so most of the time when there's lot of stuff going on in the screen i have very low fps, but after tweaking the graphics to "faster" and i got decent boost. I have notice that some wolfenstein screenshot looks more undetailed and i was wondering how do i make my wolfenstein look with the simplest graphics possible??Because it's pretty impossible to aim at somebody moving with 10 fps

Just go to esc>options>System and put all the options related to graphics and stuff to the lowest they can be then do a vid_restart

Or maybe someone has a good cfg which has low quality.

:hi make a request here

I can tell you :

----

r_lodCurveError 40

r_lodCurveError 250 --> default

Setting r_lodCurveError to a smaller value helps (increases) your FPS (Frames per Second),

so you will be able to see the movement smother.

----

r_lodbias 1

Values: 0 = high, 1 = medium, 2 = low, 3 = custom

Setting r_lodbias to low “2" it helps (increases) your FPS (Frames per Second), so you will be able to see the movement smother. Also this low setting cuts out some small details from trees, so you can see through more easily.

----

r_dlightBacks 0

Values: 0 or 1 (default)

By turning r_dlightBacks off, helps you FPS

----

cg_brassTime 0

Values: between "0" (off) and “3000" (cartridges are visible long time after the shot)

Default: “2500"

Note: Setting cg_brassTime off helps (increases) your FPS (Frames per Second), so you will be able to see the movement smother.

----

r_subdivisions "12"

r_subdivisions 12 (default) - sets number of subdivisions of "curves", increasing makes curves into straights

----

r_dynamiclight "0"

"0" or "1" (default) toggles use of dynamic lighting effect

----

r_facePlaneCull "0"

"0" or "1" whether to not render the hidden side of objects in view

----

r_ext_texture_filter_anisotropic 0

toggles anisotropic filtering, 1 to enable, r_textureAnisotropy to set the level

r_textureAnisotropy 1.0

set level of anisotropic texture filtering

----

So check it out each one by one to see what effect it has :)

(Best way i think, host a game and check it in game directly)

edit:

but please check at "\ pb_cvarlist" (in game) to know which you may change how far

Makes gameplay more clear and organized, but generally if you want to get better fps, you should get better CPU(processor). Graphic card doesnt matter, if you have 10years old graph card, its propably ok.

P.S. Yes there are useless commands and some that doesn't even exist, care to delete them :DD
